Bruce and Alfred have a moment and Alfred is able to snap Bruce back into reality. We then see the chaos of the Narrows. SWAT, riot police and apparently unidentified district attorneys are flooding into the Narrows.

Alfred rushes in and criticizes Bruce for not being able to get the log off of himself. They then rush through the flames and get into the elevator to the Batcave. A backdraft happens and they go for a ride on the tower of terror.
